Explicit Consent: Where sensitive personal data (such as health or wellbeing information) is shared during coaching, it is processed solely for the purpose of providing the agreed service.
Confidentiality & Data Security
All 1-2-1 sessions are confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed to third parties without your permission, except where required by law or in cases of serious risk of harm.
Brief session notes are kept to support continuity of our work. Personal data is stored on password-protected devices and secure cloud services, with access limited to the data controller.
Third-Party Services
I use trusted service providers to deliver my services, including:
Essential Service Tools: Calendly (scheduling), Zoom (video calls), Stripe and Revolut (payments), and Squarespace (website hosting).
Business Operations: Google Drive (secure cloud storage) and creative or administrative tools such as Canva or ChatGPT to create workshop and marketing materials. No personal data is used to train AI models.
These providers process personal data on my behalf in accordance with GDPR and applicable EU data transfer requirements. I do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Retention
I retain personal data only as long as necessary:
Coaching records: Typically retained for 7 years after our work concludes for insurance and professional liability purposes.
Financial records: Retained for 6 years in accordance with Irish Revenue requirements.
Marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Data is securely deleted when no longer required.
